The owners admitted to trying to treat the problem themselves by using a cleaning solution that would not of benifited their floor favorably. This is a store in Downtown Miami.  It has a concrete floor with various coats of paint on top. One of the clients main concerns was how slippery the floors were going to be. The client wanted this floor to be one color instead of the various colors from the paint on top.

This is a 2d floor of a warehouse in Hialeah.  The builder applied a thin coat off cement on the floor.  He wasn't happy with the way it was holding up so he tried a second coat. Then he painted it.  Finally, he called us to professionally solve the problem.
